Each bathroom module is delivered to your site as a completed and fully tested unit and is fitted with floor and wall tiles, light fittings, mirrors, soap holders, towel rails, and appliances. After it’s positioned onsite it’s a simple (2-3 hour) process to connect the building’s electrical, plumbing, and ventilation systems.
The structure of the module gives an light but solid bathroom unit. For example a 4 m² bathroom, standard series with tiles and accessories weighs only 700 - 900 kg. When wheight is a matter, it can even be reduced down to ca. 500kg. or so by using light wheight materials.
ABOUT PRICES - Due to so many variations in size, design, material etc. we can only give an first rough prices idea here. Such bathroom module may cost about 1000 - 1500 USD/sqm - but can go up to 2000 USD/sqm depending on performance. So as for example a "ready to go" 2 x 2m bathroom cost (also depending on the quantity) between 5000 - 8000 USD. .

1. BATHROOM FULLY ASSEMBLED & READY TO GO.
Ideal when you have access and lifting equipment to the bathroom site. The bathroom is supplied as a fully assembled bathroom unit.
It comes with all the internal plumbing and electrical accessories as listed along with the required hot and cold pipework and electrical wiring set, all fitted ready for you to site install the fully assembled pod.
All you need is a level, structurally sound floor to site the bathroom on, the external skin and the sewer connections along with a hot and cold water source, wiring into the pre-fitted junction box and you’re good to go.
2.PRE FITTED FLAT PACKED BATHROOM
Ideal when access and lifting equipment is limited. The bathroom is supplied as a flat packed bathroom unit.
It comes with all the internal plumbing and electrical accessories, as listed, along with the required hot and cold pipework and electrical wiring set, all accessories have been pre fitted ready for you to assemble and re attached the accessories etc.
3. FLAT PACKED BATHROOM POD ONLY.
The bathroom is supplied as a flat packed unit with 1 x floor, 1 x ceiling and the wall panels required. It comes with all the required bolts etc. to assemble the unit along with the floor waste fitting and a sealant kit.
5. FLAT PACKED BATHROOM POD ONLY WITH LOOSE PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL FITTINGS PACK.
The bathroom is supplied as a flat pack with 1 x floor, 1 x ceiling and the wall panels required.
It comes with all the required bolts etc to assemble the unit along with the floor waste fitting and a sealant kit.
All accessories as listed and plumbing and electrical kits, come loose ready for you to install onsite. NB: The hot and cold pipe kit and electrical wiring loom are not included in this package.
